I have successfully completed over 1,300 decorating and renovation projects, performed more than 100 professional energy audits, and even designed, built, and shipped a zero-energy home to Germany. As a trained building analyst and land-use consultant, I provide a perspective few others can offer, ensuring my clients not only understand the property they are buying or selling, but also its potential—whether for development, renovation, or long-term sustainability.
