Senior Technology Director, Global Occupier Services: Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK)

Job Title: Senior Director of Technology and Business Analytics.
Stan leads a  team of 8 direct/indirect reports, and oversees integrated facilities management and trust asset technology solutions for the Bank of America account, involving 22 existing applications used by 2000+ users to manage 17.3M square feet of commercial space. Stan supplies strategic roadmaps and directs technology programs, IT operations, system integration and BI/ analytics across the Americas, serving an account team of 502 internal staff and Bank of America employees in the region.
Stan Bernard: Investor Liason. In addition to his full-time career, Stan helped create business plans for three startups as well as created technology roadmaps for numerous companies in the real estate tech sector.

Current responsibilities:
• Technology Strategist, Consultant for account teams, clients and support staff
• IT strategy support and service continuity of technology systems and services
• Financial management of all resources, including capital planning for tech
investments, business case development, operating budget and headcount
• Operational performance, including vendor/supplier relationships, contractual
compliance, hiring, onboarding and culture.

With 24+ years of global Technology Service and Program Management experience in Computer-Aided Design, Consumer Packaged Goods, Financial Services and Real Estate sectors, Stan is assuming a greater role in the international arena. He has successfully executed dozens of complex projects for high-profile clients across 16 industries. Intensely committed to inspiring others to advance in their careers, Stan consistently builds peak-performing teams of all sizes. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Stan spent 6 years as a Senior-level IT Strategist and Consultant at JLL and 13 years in the design-build sector as an Autodesk Computer-Aided Design Software Technical Account and Program Manager in the Commercial, Federal and State & Local sectors. He has significant Business Intelligence (BI) data integration experience.

Other Achievements:
• At age 12, took an active role in family’s New York City commercial and residential real estate business, where he remains a strategic advisor
• In his early 20s, bought, operated and sold two 24-hour laundromats
• Instrumental in developing ground-up IT strategy and business plan, and raising VC capital for tech startup due to launch in Q4 2022
