As part of our strategic expansion, we will be providing professional real estate relocation services across the 13 states that offer reciprocity with Connecticut real estate brokers. For over a decade, Steve Schappert built and operated a relocation company that assisted as many as 550 people per month. That same commitment to integrity, education, and advocacy is now the foundation of our growing relocation division.
Connecticut currently has reciprocity with ALABAMA, COLORADO, FLORIDA, ILLINOIS, INDIANA, MASSACHUSETTS, MISSISSIPPI, NEBRASKA, NEW YORK, OHIO, OKLAHOMA, and RHODE ISLAND. These states form the backbone of our multistate expansion plan, allowing us to recruit top-tier professionals and open brokerages across the region.

A Look at Our Timeline
Our original plan was to open Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Florida locations in 2020. But, like many companies, we had to adjust when a global pandemic disrupted industries around the world. Instead of rushing or compromising, we chose to pivot—focusing on strengthening systems, technology, relationships, and training so that when expansion resumed, we would be operating from a position of strength.
We are now back on track, carrying forward our intention to launch Massachusetts and Rhode Island, followed by Florida around the new year. Our long-term vision includes all reciprocity states, eventually building a nationwide network that supports clients wherever life takes them.
