I know houses, construction, and the real estate business. I have been helping Connecticut buyers, sellers, and investors for 40 years. Over the course of my career, I’ve built 12 homes, completed commercial building inspections on $36,000,000 worth of real estate, and overseen projects that range from modest residential renovations to high-value investment properties.
My hands-on experience runs deep. I’ve successfully completed more than 1,300 decorating and renovation projects, conducted over 100 professional energy audits, and even designed, built, and shipped a zero-energy home to Germany — a project that combined innovative technology with sustainable design. As a trained building analyst and land-use consultant, I offer clients a unique perspective that bridges construction expertise with strategic real estate planning.
