High Commission & Zero Fees: Connecticut Real Estate allows all of our agents to work as recruiters. We do this because it allows them to build and stabilize their income. Connecticut Real Estate offers an 80-20 % split in favor of our agents. There are zero fees. Recruiting Bonus: Agents that recruit another agent into the firm earn 10% of the new agent’s income. This creates a partnership between the brokerage and the agents. So both earn equally from all new recruits. The brokerage offers a very profitable split for our team. Because, the majority of our profits will come from the mixed use office centers we open around the world. Connecticut is just the beginning.
