Gallery Opening: Thomaston, Connecticut is about to witness an extraordinary artistic spectacle that will ignite the senses and leave a lasting impression on all who attend. On August 18th, an Abstract Art Gallery will grace the walls of Connecticut Real Estate, located on the second floor at 157 East Main Street Thomaston CT, offering a unique blend of creative brilliance and imagination that promises to captivate art enthusiasts and newcomers alike. The location is alo the administrative office of The Connecticut Art Gallery with 9 locations across the state, however, this gallery space is dedicated to abstract art.
The Connecticut Art Gallery was created by Steve Schappert, Owner of Connecticut Real Estate & Connecticut Life. The facility is 3000 sf above a seafood restaurant. “I envision our opening day as a collaboration with the restaurant to offer a wine tasting and live music. We are scheduling our first show in April of 2020. I work 24-7 in the real estate and insurance company so I am making an effort to combine work with my passion for food and art”, said Schappert.
