“The World’s Largest Zero Energy Building”

The Eden Project Of ConnecticutConnecticut Real Estate is searching for land to build the world’s largest zero-energy building.  We are looking for a minimum of 100 acres in order to create a village with a community center, fitness, dining and worship facilities.  We are raising capital with both equity and debt financing. Specifically using the equity positions to purchase land and debt financing to fund construction.

We plan to build a conservation subdivision that would allow us to group the housing and create much more open space for future generations.  The building itself would have plentiful outdoor living space keeping with the theme of the hanging gardens of Babylon. The landscape and architecture will blend seamlessly.  World-class onsite wastewater treatment and smart home technology systems will keep the property running efficiently for generations.

Our land development team is creating affordable & sustainable places to live, learn, work, play & worship. Communities that address the needs of mind, body & soul.  We call these communities Connecticut Life Centers and we will be raising billions to take the concept worldwide.

A community for all.  There will be something for everyone.  If you want a luxury suite you will find it at Eden.  Low-income options as well.  There will be special attention paid to the needs of the elderly, handicapped, and disabled.  There will be units available for sale and rent.  We plan on approximately 300- 500 units.  Depending on the particular lot.

Affordable by design: Residential units will range from 120 sf for micro apartments with shared baths, laundry and living spaces. Efficiency apartments from 360-500 sf, 1 bedroom 600-750. 2 bedroom units from 700-1000, 3 bedroom units 900-1200 sf, 4 bedroom units and luxury units will be available from 1300-3500 sf each. The state of Connecticut is in need of 85,000 units of affordable housing. 30% of Ct rental households are extremely low income and a household needs to earn 58,000 per year in order to afford a 2-bedroom rental at fair market value.

Appeal that goes beyond the local market. We anticipate tired masses from all over the world to flock to Eden to get away from the typical city environment.  The Eden mall will be online and a percentage of all sales will go toward community projects. Everything will be delivered to your doorstep whether it be a new dress, lobster or a case of cabernet sauvignon.  The recreational facilities will be world-class and help promote a healthy lifestyle.

Locally grown and locally made will be a priority.  Amenities will be created that will attract artists and craftspeople from around the world.  The abundant acreage will allow people to grow their own food.

Eden will be a destination for people of all:

  • Ages
  • Race
  • Color
  • National Origin
  • Religion
  • Sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation)
  • Familial Status
  • Disability

The Eden Project will be our first community and we are looking for land owners, investors, and philanthropists to join us in our quest to provide an affordable, energy-efficient and sustainable terrestrial paradise for all.
