You’ll only pay a modest upfront fee ranging from $99 to $1999, depending on the package and MLS selection. This replaces the costly listing side of the commission. Highly discounted fees are due at the time of listing.  We suggest a Coming Soon listing in order to properly put the marketing package together.

Here’s where it gets even better: If the buyer doesn’t have their own broker, your upfront listing fee is all you pay, saving you the entire commission.
