  1. More Homes for Sale: There were 7.1% more homes available for sale this year compared to last year. That means 41,000 more homes were on the market every day!
  2. Fewer Homes Unsold: Even though more homes were for sale, the total number of unsold homes, including those under contract, decreased by 4.6% compared to last year.
  3. Sellers Less Active: In June, sellers listed 25.7% fewer homes for sale than last year. This made it a bit harder for buyers to find homes.
  4. Prices Slightly Down: The median price of homes for sale went down by -0.9% in June. It’s the first time this has happened since 2017.
  5. Homes Stay Longer on Market: Homes spent 44 days on the market this June, which is 13 days longer than last year. But it’s still shorter than before the pandemic.
