Connecticut Real Estate Brokerge LLC. has plans to grow internationally. Connecticut Real Estate is the model by which we will grow. We focus on regional marketing to make our agents top agents in their market. We are creating systems that will allow us to grow at light speed. The franchise model is outdated and has been for years.
Our plan is to focus on simplicity for both our clients and agents. Agents get an 80% commission split for deals they generate with zero fees. Agents receive a 10% override on commission earned from all agents they recruit under them. There is a 50-50 split on all business referred to the agent by the brokerage.
Connecticut has reciprocity with 13 states. Each state has varying standards and requirements. Upon examination of proximity and ease of entry, we shall open Massachusetts in the summer of 2021, Rhode Island toward the winter, followed by Florida.
We are now taking names and numbers of interested agents and brokers in these 4 states. The following 9 states are on the schedule over the next 5 years. This document is a simple work in progress to show the direction and guide us on our journey. Sound interesting? Keep it simple, call or text Steve Schappert at 203-994-3950
