Connecticut real estate is opening a relocation division. We will service the 13 states that offer reciprocity with Connecticut real estate brokers. Steve Schappert ran a relocation business for 10 years and assisted as many as 550 people per month. Woman’s Day Magazine interviewed him, then recommended Buyers Trust to buyers all over the world. Connecticut has reciprocity with ALABAMA, COLORADO, FLORIDA, ILLINOIS, INDIANA, MASSACHUSETTS, MISSISSIPPI, NEBRASKA, NEW YORK, OHIO, OKLAHOMA, RHODE ISLAND.
We will be recruiting top agents to service our clients. We will then be opening brokerages in each of the states.
The plan is to open Massachusetts and Rhode Island in 2021 and Florida around the new year. We hoped to be in Florida in 2020 but there was a global pandemic, we adjusted accordingly.
