Schappert’s background is extensive — he successfully ran a relocation business for 10 years, personally assisting as many as 550 people per month. His expertise earned national attention when Woman’s Day Magazine interviewed him and began recommending his company, Buyers Trust, to homebuyers around the world. That same commitment to excellence now drives the growth of our relocation division and the future of our network across the United States.

Our expansion plan was initially set for 2020, but like many, we adjusted course during the global pandemic. The delay allowed us to strengthen our systems, refine our digital infrastructure, and align with like-minded professionals ready to join a movement — not just a company. Today, we are more prepared than ever to make a powerful entrance into Nebraska’s real estate market.
