Become an Expert in Your Market: Tour homes on your own before you have clients.  Share the listings on social media and review the property.  Do not represent the listings in a way that would lead to believe that the listing is yours.  Create a niche that you can focus on.  Be the local expert,  try starting as a buyers agent, and prepare press releases that state you are the local expert.
