She has successfully overseen the development, purchase, building, licensing, and subsequent operation of 62 locations; including residential homes, day programs, and offices.
Tammy has extensive knowledge of all state and federal regulations and applications required to obtain/maintain appropriate licenses for the operation of programs in Connecticut. She has collaborated with Non-Profit Agencies, The Department of Developmental Services, The Department of Children and Families and The Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services to develop programs to meet the needs of individuals. Tammy works with Real Estate Agents to identify appropriate locations to meet the needs of the project development and then with General Contractors, State and Town Inspectors, Fire Marshals, and the appropriate state department officials to build and/or renovate properties to meet the project specifications. It has become Tammy’s goal to develop housing for as many people in need as possible.
