Mixed Use Interior

The top-level is an apartment loft.  This is the luxury plan, residential units are around 2500 sf and can be used as home offices. The third floor is the primary level for apartments. On this plan, the elevator serviced the basement and top 3 floors.  The building can easily be customized.  There are complete, approved architectural plans for this model.  It would easily serve as a mixed-use, completely office or completely residential.  The original plan was 100″ long and 30″ was added.

The fourth floor had some very large bedrooms.  The master suite on the left was 750 sf with views of the Housatonic river and Candlewood mountain.  The third floor includes a living room, bedrooms, or dining room, kitchen, and bath.  The building can also be built out with a cafe on the first floor and residential of different size and shape throughout.

The Second floor was designed as office space and the first floor was retail or cafe with 3 garage bays that could be used for residential or open are for cafe

The basement level was designed as a conference rooms.  The basement Level is 2500 sf  There is no basement under the garage on this plan. The building is 130″ long by 25″
