With a young and dynamic leader like Jacob at the helm, we are poised to create an international publication that not only celebrates the essence of home and art but also serves as a dynamic sales tool to fuel the global growth of our real estate brokerage. As our first employee, Jacob’s role encompasses a wide spectrum of responsibilities, from increasing awareness and advertising sales to overseeing day-to-day operations recruiting and fostering collaborations with writers, artists, journalists, and advertisers worldwide.
Being born in Waterbury, CT, and living in Connecticut my whole life has opened my eyes to the beauty and stories that this state has to tell. I’ve seen so many things that this state has to offer, and I’ve gotten to know the area very well. Ever since a young age, I have always appreciated the legacy and stories behind towns and properties in the state. As I grew older I began to realize how important those memories and stories were to me, and more importantly the people around me. The holidays at family’s houses, the cookouts in the summer. Those stories became something I held close to my heart. I then began to think about the things that make these stories have their own unique, and special feel to them. That is what inspired me to begin my career in Real Estate. I realized that the foundation for creating amazing memories and stories is not only the property itself but the location and things around it. Whether that be a property near the water, a quiet property in the woods, or a property in a thriving city,
