One of the questions I get all the time is, “What CRM do you recommend?” And you know what… That’s the wrong question!
Real talk: every CRM on the market today is great. They all have bells, whistles, automation, drip campaigns, dashboards, pipelines—whatever. But here’s the truth most agents don’t want to hear: not a single one of them is going to magically transform your business until you decide to actually use it.
Agents will say:
“Well this CRM doesn’t do that one thing I want.”
Or:
“If only it had XYZ feature then I would finally be consistent.”
No you wouldn’t! Because success in real estate isn’t about the tool—it’s about your commitment to the tool.
So this is what I tell people every time:
Whichever CRM you have is AWESOME. Use it.
If you don’t have a CRM, get one—TODAY.
A CRM is not about perfection. It’s about structure. It’s about having one central home for your contacts, your leads, your pipeline, your follow-ups, and your money-making activities. Without it, you’re just guessing, hoping, and winging it. With it, you’re building a predictable business that supports your goals.
Stop chasing “the perfect CRM.” The perfect CRM is the one you log into every day. The perfect CRM is the one where you actually update your leads. The perfect CRM is the one you use to make your 5, 10, or 20 daily conversations. The perfect CRM is the system you commit to mastering—not the one you keep shopping for.
And remember this: your CRM is only as effective as the habits you build around it.

Are you tracking every lead that comes in?

Are you setting follow-up reminders?

Are you documenting conversations?

Are you building drip campaigns and action plans?

Are you measuring your pipeline every week?
If the answer is “no,” it doesn’t matter if your CRM costs $9/month or $900/month—you’re still missing the point.
Consistency beats complexity. Action beats perfection. Implementation beats software features.
