The Connecticut Real Estate & Design Center is a coordinated platform that brings real estate, design, modular construction, and professional services together under one roof — first online, then in mixed-use centers across the state.
Clients work with an aligned team of brokers, designers, builders, attorneys, lenders, and inspectors instead of managing separate vendors. The process starts virtually, giving immediate statewide access and a single point of contact. As local activity grows, we open physical centers: ground-floor commercial hubs where the partners work side by side, with approximately 100 residential units built above through our modular system. Each center becomes both a service location and new housing.
We are building toward a practical network of 12–20 centers across Connecticut’s eight counties — multiple locations in the larger markets and one in each of the others. The same model supports our partners. Designers, attorneys, lenders, and inspectors who join the network gain visibility, coordinated deal flow, and the opportunity to be featured at the centers as they open. The Law Center operates as both integrated counsel for our transactions and a referral network for the broader market. Mortgage, inspection, title, and design follow the same path: online coordination first, physical presence second.
The result is a simpler experience for clients and a stronger platform for partners. Real estate, design, and construction move together.
