Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the development and execution of lead generation campaigns and sales initiatives.
  4. Sales Operations Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
    • Implement sales processes and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  5. Team Leadership and Development:

    • Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds revenue targets and profitability goals.
  7. Client Relationship Management:

    • Address client concerns and issues promptly and effectively to maintain positive relationships.
  8. Market Research and Analysis:

  9. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  10. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:

    • Work closely with the CMO to develop integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the CFO to develop and manage the sales budget and financial targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CSO or in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the real estate, construction, finance, or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, business development, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies and campaigns.
