Chief Operating Officer (COO) – BIOS Homes
Position Overview:
At BIOS Homes, we are building a comprehensive ecosystem that integrates real estate and construction under one roof. Our Real Estate division handles real estate sales and property management, while our Construction division oversees building material sales and construction management. As the company scales, additional divisions will be developed on an as-needed basis to support our growth.
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee both the Real Estate and Construction divisions, ensuring operational excellence, growth, and profitability. You will work directly with the CEO to drive the company’s strategic vision, improve processes, and lead a multi-faceted business that is redefining the way real estate and construction work together.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Vision:

Lead the Real Estate and Construction divisions, ensuring both sales and management functions within each division are aligned with the company’s strategic vision.

Oversee real estate sales and property management in the Real Estate division and building material sales and construction management in the Construction division, ensuring consistency and excellence across all operational aspects.

Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute a decentralized growth model, establishing local brokerages and construction teams under the BIOS Homes umbrella.
Operational Excellence:

Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly within the Real Estate and Construction divisions, implementing streamlined processes that maximize efficiency and quality.

Develop and implement scalable systems for real estate sales, property management, building material sales, and construction management, enabling rapid growth across all sectors.

Identify and improve key operational areas, working with department heads to implement best practices and ensure optimal performance.
Financial Oversight & Profitability:

Work closely with the CFO to manage budgets, financial forecasting, and ensure profitability within both divisions.

Implement a profit-sharing and equity ownership structure that aligns the company’s success with the leadership team’s performance.

Develop cost optimization strategies across both divisions, ensuring financial sustainability as the company expands.
Market Expansion & Business Development:

Identify new growth opportunities within the Real Estate and Construction sectors, expanding the company’s reach by developing new local brokerages and forming partnerships with other manufacturers and construction partners.

Oversee the development and introduction of new divisions when necessary, ensuring that the company remains adaptable to market demands and opportunities.
Team Development & Leadership:

Lead and develop a high-performance team across both divisions, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Hire and mentor senior managers and department heads, ensuring they have the tools, support, and leadership development opportunities to drive their teams to success.
Customer Experience & Brand Integrity:

Ensure that BIOS Homes delivers exceptional customer service across all divisions, from real estate transactions and property management to building materials and construction projects.

Uphold the BIOS Homes brand and ensure consistency in quality, service, and customer satisfaction across all areas of the business.

Lead initiatives to implement innovative technologies that improve operational efficiency, enhance the customer experience, and streamline business processes across the Real Estate and Construction divisions.

Drive the adoption of digital tools, automation, and systems integration to facilitate business growth and operational scalability.
Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and industry standards across both the Real Estate and Construction divisions.
