Recruiting Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Connecticut Real Estate

Position Overview:

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of Connecticut Real Estate is a pivotal executive role responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

    • Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and fairly.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a respectful and productive workplace.
  3. Training and Development:
    • Design and oversee training programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
    • Identify training needs and create development plans to support career growth and advancement.
    • Implement leadership development programs to prepare future leaders and enhance managerial effectiveness.
  4. Organizational Development:
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve organizational effectiveness and align with business goals.
    • Lead change management initiatives to support business transformations and growth.
    • Conduct organizational assessments and develop action plans to address areas of improvement.
  5. Performance Management:
    • Develop and manage a comprehensive performance management system to evaluate and enhance employee performance.
    • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
    • Implement recognition and reward programs to motivate and retain high-performing employees.
  6. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Develop and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
    • Conduct market research to ensure the company’s compensation packages are aligned with industry standards.
    • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  7. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks and protect the company’s interests.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
  8. Diversity and Inclusion:
    • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and equitable workplace.

  9. HR Technology and Systems:

Qualifications:
