Position Overview:
The Chief Construction Officer (CCO) of Connecticut Real Estate is a key executive role responsible for overseeing all construction-related activities and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As the CCO, you will lead the construction team, manage project execution, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they meet established timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Budget and Cost Management:

- Quality Assurance:

- Address and resolve any quality issues or deficiencies promptly and effectively.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CCO or in a senior construction management role, preferably within the real estate, construction, or related sectors.

- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing construction teams.
