Position Overview:

The Chief Construction Officer (CCO) of Connecticut Real Estate is a key executive role responsible for overseeing all construction-related activities and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they meet established timelines and budgets.
    • Develop and implement project management processes and best practices to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

    • Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
    • Address and resolve any quality issues or deficiencies promptly and effectively.
  4. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Build and lead a high-performing construction team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Provide mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the construction team.

    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.

Qualifications:
