Position Overview:
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Connecticut Real Estate is a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s services and enhance its brand presence. The CMO will lead efforts in brand management, public relations, digital marketing, and customer engagement, ensuring that the company’s marketing initiatives align with its overall business objectives and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the company’s business objectives and growth goals.

- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
- Brand Management:
- Define and maintain the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Develop and manage brand guidelines to ensure all communications align with the company’s brand values and positioning.
- Enhance brand awareness and reputation through strategic branding initiatives and campaigns.
- Public Relations:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive public relations strategy to enhance the company’s image and reputation.
- Manage relationships with media, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to promote positive coverage and publicity.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Digital Marketing:

- Advertising and Promotions:

- Customer Engagement and Experience:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the real estate, construction, finance, or technology sectors.
