Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – BIOS Homes
Position Overview:
At BIOS Homes, we are reshaping the real estate and construction industries with a comprehensive, integrated business model that combines real estate, construction, and factory-built homes. As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will lead BIOS Homes as it evolves into a global powerhouse, creating a decentralized network of local real estate brokerages and modular home manufacturing operations.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial leader with the vision, passion, and strategic acumen to steer BIOS Homes through its next phase of growth. In this role, you’ll not only guide the company’s overall direction, but you’ll also be a key driver in expanding our reach and building out the 12 divisions we’ll introduce as the business scales. You’ll empower local entrepreneurs to run real estate brokerages and construction operations under the BIOS Homes umbrella while ensuring the company’s values of innovation, sustainability, and excellence are upheld across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision & Leadership:

Lead the development and execution of BIOS Homes’ global vision, ensuring the company becomes a leader in real estate, construction, and modular homes.

Set the strategic direction for all company operations, driving profitability, sustainability, and long-term growth.

Champion the creation of a decentralized network of real estate brokerages and modular home manufacturing operations, empowering local entrepreneurs to lead their respective markets under the BIOS Homes brand.
Operational Oversight:

Ensure seamless integration and collaboration between the Real Estate and Construction divisions, as well as any new divisions as they emerge.

Oversee the BIOS Homes factories and the Factory Built Brokerage, ensuring that operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability are consistently achieved.

Ensure all divisions follow best practices and uphold BIOS Homes’ commitment to excellence, quality, and service.
Financial Leadership:

Work with the CFO to develop and implement financial strategies that drive profitability and sustainable growth across all company divisions.

Monitor key financial metrics, ensuring profitability and cost optimization while supporting growth strategies.

Develop and manage equity ownership and profit-sharing models that align leadership success with company performance, ensuring that all stakeholders are rewarded as the company scales.
Innovation & Technology:

Drive the adoption of innovative technologies and business models that improve operational efficiency, streamline the customer experience, and position BIOS Homes as an industry leader.

Encourage sustainable building practices and cutting-edge technology in all operations, particularly in factory-built homes, construction, and real estate sales.
Team Development & Leadership:

Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing executive team that can lead each division of BIOS Homes to success.

Market Expansion & Partnerships:

Identify and pursue new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally, for real estate sales, modular home sales, construction management, and property management.

Forge strategic partnerships with local entrepreneurs, manufacturers, contractors, and investors to drive global expansion.

Oversee the scaling of operations to new regions, including the development of new local brokerages and construction operations.
Brand Integrity & Customer Experience:
