Ted Ferik is a seasoned professional with a background in finance, investments, due diligence, property management and construction, overseeing the entire lifecycle from planning to liquidation. He is a valuable member of our land development and property management team. Ted provides financial oversight and analysis, starting with financial modeling, project analysis, management, and stabilization of the property once it is in service. Operationally, he will develop systems and processes to create a fully functioning and efficiently managed building. Ted became intimately involved with real estate, learning construction, and contracting from his father at a young age. He became a landlord and started managing his own rental units in 2019. He has analyzed and performed due diligence on hundreds of residential and multifamily buildings. Ted currently manages a portfolio of over 100 units in Connecticut which include residential, retail and office. He has sat on his Condominium Association’s board to advise and guide projects including a property management search, driveway replacement, annual budget process, vendor procurement, contract negotiation, proposal of rules, along with working with differing perspectives of owners. He sees a great opportunity to bring an institutional mindset to an overlooked area of the real estate market.
In addition to real estate, Ted Ferik is responsible for research and due diligence efforts for Institutional and Retail investors as well as Financial Advisors. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration concentration in Finance from Bryant University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation along with Series 7 and 66.
