Hangers
Running out of closet space (again)? And so while going through your clothes and not getting rid of things you don’t need, you will save space by hanging many articles of clothing on, respectfully, a single hanger.
Just tear the tab off a can of pop then loop it onto the neck of a hanger. Adding a place to hang another hanger is fun and rewarding! Two articles take up the space of one!
Bulldog Clips in the Freezer?
Frozen fruits for smoothies take up a lot of room in your freezer, and so do leftover vegetables from that stir-fry recipe you tried a month ago. Solve that problem, keeping those bags sealed and organized, with a few bulldog/binder clips.
Just clip the folded open end of your frozen vegetables or fruits to racks of your freezer. They will hang, freely, letting you easily see what you already have and what you need to buy.
Pan Racks
Stanger solutions have been designed for your kitchen, so why not use that pan/pot lid rack notion as one to help organize various things in your closet.
You now have successfully organized your clutches, wallets, and small purses. This way, when you are getting ready, all your choices are right here. All you need to do is reach and grab.
Fresh Herbs
You love to cook! You purchase fresh herbs often! You want to use every herb before they turn. Now, put them in the freezer!
You have just picked your favorite herbs from your very own garden or farmer’s market. Chop them up, put them in your ice cube tray, add olive oil. You now have seasoning for any occasion.
Rubber Band Door Thing
Unloading the groceries from your car is heavy and difficult to handle even without you working to open doors. If your door won’t stay open, you can make your trips easier by wrapping rubber bands around your doorknobs.
This may help keep the door from latching so all you do is push to get through. An important safety tip when using this one, don’t forget to take the rubber band off when you’re done!
Shoe Organizers
Those plastic organizers that hang on the back of closet doors, with pockets for all your shoes, you can use them for storing things that are not shoes!
Flatten Your Ground Beef
Ground beef is a great thing to have around, but if you are in a hurry, it may feel like forever while waiting for beef to thaw. You can speed up the process by flattening your ground beef in gallon-sized freezer bags before putting in the freezer, maybe make patties for your next barbecue.
A flatter surface area helps the beef thaw and it will take up less room making stacking your freezer easier!
Cord Identification
Extension cords and power strips powering your home may become confusing, figuring which cord belongs to which item, especially when they are tangled. If you need to unplug something, you must follow cords to find out what belongs to which device.
Label with tags. You can use anything like masking tape, plastic bread tags, all with a permanent marker creating various solutions to identify your cords.
More Favorites with Pool Noodles
As soon as the first leaves fall, women can’t wait to pull out their winter boots. However, in warmer weather, they are typically put away for the season. Storage conditions most often are less than ideal.
Keep your boots in order, standing tall all year long, with pool noodles. Cut the noodles into appropriate lengths then slip them into your boots.
Carpet Dents and Ice Cubes
If you have wall to wall carpeting then you must be familiar with carpet dents that just won’t go away. You may want to try ice cubes?
After the ice has melted, wipe off excess water then fluff the carpet. This may take up to 12 hours if it works at all.
Pantry Organization
Open bags and boxes, everything topples into heaps when you reach for something between everything.
Basket organizers may be your answer. You have the room and the technical skill. You might attach them to your wall, freeing up more shelf space to accommodate larger items.
You, Your Hammer, and Magnets
You have your hammer somewhere in your house, and when the need arises, you must have a nail.
Together and organized, you can attach a small magnet right in the eye of your hammer. This will help make sure your nails are right where you need them.
Squeegeeing
You and your pet(s) live in the same home. Most likely, fur and your own hair collect on your floor, especially if you have carpet.
Try running a squeegee along your floors the next time you plan on vacuuming, which may help loosen fur and hair from the carpet as well as help with wood flooring. This way you can get out the toughest clumps and dust bunnies before you clog your vacuum.
Tension Rods
Household cleaning supplies are most likely stored inside your kitchen and bathroom cabinets, which you may need to organize that much wanted space.
A tension rod can help. And you find them at your local hardware store. High in the cabinet, you can line up your spray bottles, rags, some kinds of brushes, and poof, bonus space!
Utensils
You have started hanging stuff, now you have endless space. Can we hang up utensils like spatulas, large spoons and ladles, even large knives like cleavers and chef knives?
It is fun and easy making sure you don’t have sharp things where children can reach.
Toothbrushes
It is best not to leave things strewn on the counter, especially toothbrushes. This is one item you don’t want near bacteria.
Stick a clothespeg somewhere then clip your toothbrush.
More with Masking Tape
You want to hang up a painting. Before you go hammering, be sure to use masking tape or painter’s tape over the area, preventing flaking and cracking your wall.
Trade tip # 2,489,625: Take care or your home and your home will take care of you!

Onions, Garlic, and Paper Bags?
You are one top chef! You know the flavorful benefits of cooking and sautéing with onions and garlic.
Onions, garlic, and even shallots last longer than bananas, apples, oranges, and avocados. There is one way to further their longevity by months. Paper bags! Slide your onions, garlic, and shallots in, fold down the top, then maybe secure it with one of your bulldog clips or some of that masking tape.
The Sponge
Keeping sponges on your sink? Without taking up so much space, this method of storage helps air-dry them quickly as well as and probably is more sanitary hopefully keeping bacteria at bay.
Air-drying sponges keeps them fresh, easy to access, is inexpensive, and is healthy.
