Chief Sales Officer (CSO) – BIOS Homes

Position Overview:

At BIOS Homes, we are building the future of housing and construction through a cutting-edge factory-built sales model. Our Chief Sales Officer (CSO) will be responsible for driving sales strategy, business development, and customer acquisition across all sectors, including real estate sales, modular home sales, building materials sales, property management, and construction management.

As CSO, you will be the driving force behind the development and execution of sales strategies that align with BIOS Homes’ long-term vision. You will lead a diverse sales team, ensuring that all divisions work cohesively to meet business objectives. This is a high-impact leadership role in which you will shape the sales culture, implement innovative strategies, and directly contribute to the company’s global expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that spans all BIOS Homes’ divisions (real estate, modular homes, building materials, property management, and construction management).

  • Lead the sales teams across all sectors, ensuring alignment with the company’s broader objectives and growth targets.

  • Build and refine sales processes, creating a high-performance sales culture that drives revenue, increases market share, and enhances the customer experience.

Business Development & Growth:

  • Identify and capitalize on new business development opportunities across real estate and construction, targeting key markets for expansion.

  • Cultivate relationships with strategic partners, investors, local entrepreneurs, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.

  • Oversee the creation and implementation of strategies to enter new markets and expand the company’s footprint in the housing and construction industries.

Customer Acquisition & Retention:

  • Lead customer acquisition efforts, focusing on expanding our client base and increasing market share in both the real estate and construction sectors.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that customer acquisition strategies are aligned and effective across multiple platforms.

  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies that ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat business, and positive referrals.

Team Management & Development:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing direction, training, and ongoing professional development.

  • Develop sales training programs and resources that empower the team to succeed, ensuring that they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to excel.

  • Create performance metrics and sales targets, holding the team accountable while fostering a positive, goal-driven culture.

Sales Operations & Performance Monitoring:

  • Implement and optimize sales tools, technologies, and CRM systems to track performance and increase sales productivity.

  • Continuously monitor sales performance, using data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and to drive team success.

  • Provide regular reports to the CEO and executive team on sales performance, market trends, and business development opportunities.

Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Alignment:

  • Collaborate with other divisions, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment across the business and that sales strategies are integrated into the overall company vision.

  • Work closely with the CFO to ensure financial targets are met and sales goals align with overall profitability and resource allocation.
