Connecticut Real Estate Brokerage Donates 5% of Gross Revenue to Making Connecticut a Better Place to Live
Steve Schappert of Thomaston, formerly Brookfield has opened CONNECTICUT REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE LLC. The new Connecticut real estate brokerage has a unique concept of giving back 5% of gross revenues to the community and they encourage their agents to do the same.
“It’s a simple concept of doing well by doing good, as we grow we are able to do more good though out Connecticut. Each closing we identify a cause that is in close approximation to the sale and formulate a plan. In addition to writing a check, often volunteer services will be included”, said Schappert.
First Donation Celebration
Schappert has cut his first donation check on September 19th 2018. Schappert just helped Jerry Quinn of Waterbury buy a 2 family home for $105,000. Jerry is a troop leader for the Discovery Rangers and Schappert learned that 5% of his commission could send 15 Discovery Rangers to camp. “A special thanks to a special Realtor, Steve Schappert who took the time to meet the boys and donated to our Royal Rangers outpost 27. Thank you for not just changing one boys life but for changing a few. May God continue to bless you in your mission in giving back to Connecticut” -Commander Annie Learn More about our first project.
“We expect another closing check to show up this week and we are identifying a project in New Milford. There are currently 2 more closings scheduled for next month in Thomaston and Middletown. Identifying projects is a lot of fun and may become a full time job for someone very quickly”, said Schappert.
