Problem:  Office space is boring and lacks a community/family feel that creates bonds, increases networking and facility profits.  Local Real Estate Centers will combine:

  • Shared & Virtual Office Space
  • Residential Efficiency Apartments
  • A Cafe
  • An Art Gallery

The success of shared office space has revolved around flexibility in planning, cost, space, networking, access to partnerships, amenities, services a lot to do with getting people out of the house and networking with others. Having access to virtual assistants, shared conference or simply a virtual location to get them on the map eases the overwhelming task of launching or expanding a business is minimized.
Creating a vibrant residential community that offers rental and ownership opportunities alongside a cafe increases restaurant profits and facility cash flow.  Residents can walk to work via stairs or elevator.
